The difference between the plastic injection process and rolling process of the dot structure for the LGP industry.
The most LGPs for plastic are mainly made of small size and thinness in LGP industry. In order to make the plastic easily enter into the structure of the outlets on the mold core and facilitate the release and demolding, we suggest to choose a low crater dot structure, the most important of the know-how is the bottom of the dots are whether smooth and laser processing for a long time, and the resulting consistency and reproducibility of outlets can wether pass the stringent requirements. The early use of picosecond laser processing without crater outlets, the main problem is that the picosecond laser induced phenomenon in the metal processing will cause the bottom of the dots producing nano-microstructure, the microstructure will let LGP have serious chromatic aberration, and no crater will make the brightness of LGP lower, so we must increase the stability of the laser control for the laser processing smooth caldera, to achieve excellent balance between the optical brightness and the difficulty of plastic injection.
The most common issues in the rolling process are the problems of dot-transfer rate and the thermal deformation caused by the processing of the dots on thin steel plate.
